Recipe: Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 Head Cauliflower
2-3 cups organic chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 small onion, crushed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon organic ghee
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pot, bring broth to a boil. Add cauliflower, onion, and garlic and simmer for about fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and mash. Season with organic ghee, salt and pepper.
